Our business process is very simple, you decide what kind of a site you want and we give you an estimate of the finished result. Together we then discuss the look and feel of your project.

When you are ready to start the project we invoice you for 1/3rd of the project cost. We do this because at this stage we have to do several things that will be unique to your project, such as company logo's, registering domain names etc. If you decide not to go ahead at a later stage we will still have them to pay for from our suppliers.

On receipt of your deposit we will search for and obtain a suitable domain name for your new site, arrange for your web pages to be hosted on our server and produce THREE different design 'templates' for you to look at, this is to establish an overall 'look and feel' for your site. You can choose any one of them, mix and match ideas from all three or even reject all of them and ask for a further set of three.

When you feel comfortable with the general look of the site, we will upload all the pages to a holding area on the server. This means that the pages can be seen by yourself but not by the general public. The text and picture areas will be blank awaiting your company content. This is a 'working model' of the site and together we can fill in the content.

At the working model stage of the project we will invoice you for a further 1/3rd of the project total.

This last stage is the important one, getting what you want to say onto the site itself! The content you supply us can be from current literature, newsletters or other sources and should ideally be in electronic format. (If we have to type up your content from printed materials there will be an additional handling charge)

When you are happy with the finished site, we will invoice you for the final 1/3rd payment and publish the site to the Internet.
